The Wall Lift is an ideal way to provide a safe hoisting transfer in small spaces. Sometimes hoisting from bed to chair or commode with a mobile hoist can be a risky manoeuvre in itself, and ceilings are not always able to accept a ceiling track hoist. The Wall Lift fixes to the wall, and provides a virtually effortless transfer through 180 degrees. The boom arm is also telescopic, giving even more flexibility.

When the person has been hoisted safely, the Wall Lift turns through a 180° arc to transfer smoothly from bed to chair, wheelchair, commode etc.

A typical installation is beside a bed. Even when space is limited, a safe transfer can often be achieved.

In this example, safe access to bath and WC had to be provided, with no room for a mobile hoist and very limited space.

The installation works very well, and the carer’s back is protected as all manual lifting has been eliminated.
